Nothing

Nothing is a band from Philadelphia who have released a large number of DIY EPs before signing to Relapse Records. Their first studio album was 'Guilty of Everything'.  This was a great first album and offered a little bit of everything. 'Bent Nail' is a song that Rolling Stone magazine put into their top 25 songs of the year.

The band went on to release a spilt EP with Whirr. 'July the Fourth' is one of only two Nothing songs on the EP.

The band's next offering was their second studio album 'Tired of Tomorrow'. This was an album that gained the band an expanding fan base not only in the US but the UK and Europe.  'A.C.D.' was the third single and it rocks.

'Zero Day' was the first single from their third studio album 'Dance of the Blacktop'.  This tune is one of my favorite Nothing songs so far.

Nothing is about to release a new album 'The Great Dismal' at the end of October. Keep an eye on the band's website for more details.
