After the excitement of the on-again off-again announcement that 'Rage Against the Machine' was going to headline Coachella and the huge disappointment with the subsequent cancellations in 2020 and 2021, it is fair to say the 2022 event was always going to be a bit of a let down. Looking past the pop headliners for this year's event there are several rock orientated bands on the bill that are very worthy of checking out. If you want to get the sweat flowing check out 'Turnstiles'. This Baltimore band are ready to get the hardcore party started.
'Amyl and the Sniffers' are another band on the line up who will keep the rock gods happy.
PUP are another rock band on the line up that never fail to keep the party going.
'King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizzard' are a band to love and they know how to put on a great show.
If you need time to take a moment to chill out then don't miss Phoebe Bridgers. Her emo folk style is a sound to love.
When you have a good look at the Coachella 2022 line-up you realise there are lots of options. Other acts you should definitely not miss include Japanese Breakfast, Hot Chip, Yard Act, Yanuya, Månneskin, Flume and Nilufer.
