Desert Daze
Who doesn't love a music festival with a liquid light show to get that ambience flowing. The Desert Daze Festival is fast approaching and it should be a pretty interesting weekend at Lake Perris. Ween, Devo, Wu-Tang Clan and The Flaming Lips are headlining this year's festival. Our pick from the headliners is The Flaming Lips and Ween. You better dust off your CD collection because The Flaming Lips will be playing every song from the Soft Bulletin. This psychedelic rock album was released in 1999 and mark a dramatic shift from their previous guitar orientated tunes.
Another album to dust off the cover is Ween's Chocolate and Cheese.
'The Black Angels is another band lower down the line up that is worth checking out.
Another band on the line up to grab our attention is the Pussy Riot. It is a very strange thing to know so much about a band's history but know nothing about their music. This could be the band to broaden your horizons.
There are so many other bands to check out and if you are lucky enough to be going don't forget to enjoy the Outer Space program. There are guaranteed to be a few Installations and Projection Artists in the program that will blow your mind.
